Feedmill Processing Plant
This features a 30 tons per hour farm scale feedmill, and is capable of developing a manually controlled system or fully automated control system. Apart from customizing the system, we also support after-sales services.
Plant Automation System
Plant automation is essential in the rise of Industry 4.0. We provide a fully-automated control system that includes the PLC SCADA for plant control, reporting system, monitoring traceability system, as well as integrated with Industry 4.0 robotics and IOT system.
High-Speed Mixer
This High-Speed Mixer for Feedmill Processing improves the mixing speed, hygiene concerns, and easy to maintain. Its fat discharge and emptying function allow up to 10-15 mixing cycles per hour.
This mixer is primarily used to process free-flowing dry solids, especially useful in the Chemical Processing industry.
Hammer Mill
NEWSB’s hammer mill is a highly efficient grinder for size reduction in the feed and food processing industries. Powerful high speed hammer impact causes materials to break into required particle size with the correct hammermill screen. Thus, making it an essential machine to support efficient grinding for livestock feeds, pet food, aqua feed, etc. This hammer mill is equipped with automated control feed gate to optimize the crushing efficiency.
Micro-Dosing System
This micro-dosing system is developed to proportion and feed essential ingredients such as vitamins and additives into animal feed with high precision. The loadcell and indicator enable the system to achieve a dosing and weighing accuracy at 0.1% ~ 0.2% of scale capacity. With the ability to be proportioned up to 18 different materials, this system is integrated with an automated PLC control system that comes with reporting and monitoring systems.
Automatic Bagging & Stacking System
This system aims to automate the bagging and stacking process. Our machines have the capacity to handle between 600 ~ 800 bags per hour with packing accuracy of 0.1 ~ 0.2 %. There are also various bagging options such as belt feed type, screw feed type or gravity segment type.
